This site is devoted to serious RP. Needless to say, such childish behavior as flaming, harassment, OOC feuding, and the like will be grounds for immediate death. As this is a BSSM game, Tinysex, obscenity, and profanity are inappropriate. If you find these restrictions confining, you would be happier elsewhere.

This site is devoted to active RP, it is not some chat room. Characters who fail to connect may be taken away. Players may not set themselves 'private,' nor may they hold 'private RP,' nor may they refuse RP without good reason. No player need request permission of any other player to enter a room or join RP (there are, of course, IC reasons that some players could not enter certain areas). So-called 'oldtimers' are not permitted to bully or snub newbies. GMs and Wizards shall not set themselves 'off duty.'

It is MUX policy to allow the players wide latitude in the building of chars, the interpretaion of chars, and Rping them. The GMs will not demand that chars ask permission before doing anything, nor will they insist that play correspond to some pre-determined plotline, nor will they retcon unsatisfactory scenes, nor will they make a major fuss about every RP error. Nevertheless, players should remain IC at all times. And all RP should remain both consistent and true to the spirit of Sailor Moon.

For example: Venus should not attempt to seduce Endymion. Endymion should not abandon a 'miracle romance' for a series of one night stands and cheap affairs. Nephrite is not a killer for hire. Saturn is not a vampire. Repeated offenses in this area will be penalized.

Characters must ask permission of the GM to operate more than one char. Generally speaking, a player may be permitted one medium or high power character, one medium of opposite alignment, and any number of low power. A player may also possess 'underling' puppets.
