Sailor Pluto is the daughter of Chronos, god of time. Thus she was tasked by Queen Serenity to forever protect the Time Corridor from invasion or abuse. Her isolation has given her a cold, distant manner, but she can be quite kind. Pluto has great knowledge drawn from future eras, but the vagaries of temporal paradox render this knowledge uncertain. Her fatal flaw is her secret love for Prince Endymion.
Pluto's Garnet Orb Staff is a true item of power; it has demonstrated a limited capacity from independent action. From it she derives the ability to control time; it is also the master key to the Time Corridor, and can be used as a hand to hand weapon or a shield. Her energy attacks are 'Dead Scream' and 'Chronos Typhoon.' She can project a large shield with 'Garnet Ball,' and seal the Time Corridor with 'Dark Dome Close.' Pluto's ultimate power, ' Time Stop' enables her to freeze time. However, it's use is invariably fatal.
Pluto used the Time Stop twice. The first time was in 2993, to prevent the Black Moon from destroying the Solar System; she died and was reincarnated in 1974 (a nice paradox in itself). She used it again in 1994 to save Uranus and Neptune, but was reincarnated in Crystal Tokyo.
Pluto's residence is Castle Charon, hidden in the Time Corridor.

"Uranus is male, but also female, a combined senshi with the strength of both."Uranus and Neptune, as the stronger senshi, were assigned by Queen Serenity to watch the outer borders of the Solar System for hostile intruders, often with the assistance of Sailor Pluto. Unfortunately, their success and self-reliance bred a certain contempt for the younger senshi. Their post is Castle Triton, on that moon of Neptune.
Uranus has the ability to change sex at will, but is always female as a Sailor Senshi. She is aggressive, efficient, ruthless, and arrogant; he shows her human weaknesses only to his partner Neptune. Her fatal flaw is arrogance.
Uranus is physically strong---about on a par with Jupiter---very fit and agile, and skilled in martial arts. Her energy attacks are 'World Shaking' and 'Space Turbulence.' She also possesses the powerful Space Sword. Normally she uses it as a hand to hand weapon, but the attack 'Space Sword Blaster' projects energy blades at range.

Neptune is as efficient and ruthless as Uranus, but softer and more subtle. She relies a good deal on intuition. Personally, she is artistic, with an impish, teasing personality, and is wholly devoted to Uranus. She can also be detestably smug, overconfident, patronizing, and manipulative.
Neptune's attack is the 'Deep Submerge.' She also possesses precognitive and clairvoyant abilities. Her item of power, the Aqua Mirror, can find the hidden, dispel illusion, and baffle trickery; its attack is 'Submarine Reflection.' Her later attack was 'Submarine Violin Tide.'

Sailor Saturn seems to have been intended as an ultimate weapon, a 'soldier of sacrifice' capable of eliminating opponents too strong for Serenity or the senshi. As a check on her power of destruction, it was arranged that Saturn should 'sleep' in a normal persona, only 'awakening' when needed. Unfortunately, the mystique of the 'soldier of destruction' frightened the Silver Millenium, so that Saturn came to be regarded with mythic dread. When The Dark Kingdom rose, Serenity preferred not to risk awakening Saturn.
In her normal persona, Saturn is a sickly child, unaware of her true purpose. Even in this weakened state, she can show unintended flashes of power.
Saturn's weapon, the Silence Glaive, is not an item of power, but merely a focus for her energies. She can use it as a normal hand to hand weapon or project a shielding 'Silence Wall' and can revive with the 'Omega Soldier Recovery.' Curiously, she can also heal with a touch, absorbing the pain to herself. Her ultimate attack is the 'Death Reborn Revolution' which destroys the entire planet and everyone on it---sacrificing her own life to eliminate the enemy. 'Silence Glaive Surprise,' is a more limited version, which destroys only a single target, plus Saturn herself, and the immediate vicinity. Note that for these attacks to take effect, Saturn must actually strike the target with the glaive itself. Although these attacks are certainly powerful---capable of destroying an entire planet---they are not truly omnipotent; Galaxia was able to shield against the 'Surprise.'
