After eons of warfare, the final conquest of the Galaxy is in sight. Soon all that is will be remade by the will of Galaxia.

Galaxia was more than a match for any other senshi. Her attacks were "Galactica Superstring" and "Galactica Inflation." Her shield power could stop any senshi attack. Her star bracelets could draw the very star seed out of her victims, and transform them into monstrous farces. Her abilities included mind control, and she could extend "Princess Wings" as well. But her preferred style of combat was to close with the sword, relying on her skill and her golden armor.

Unlike most villains, Galaxia did not have a large army of low powered lackeys to carry out her will. Of all the worlds she conquered, only a few senshi were permitted to survive to serve her. At the time of her attack on Earth, in 1995, she had only 9 sailors in her army. No doubt their numbers were kept down by her ruthless execution of failures. In a sense, they were mere auxiliaries; Galaxia herself was the real power.

Galaxia was fearless, brilliant, self-reliant, and proud, and it was these very qualities that Chaos turned against her. Her fatal flaw was pridefulness.

Galaxia's sole goal is to gather every star seed in existence, normal or special, good or evil. This pretty well implies killing or enslaving everyone in the Galaxy.

Chaos could have possessed Galaxia at any time, but that was not its purpose. As long as she was doing its work, she would retain the outward semblance of self.

Note that anyone wearing the star bracelets was subjected both to Galaxia's mind control and the corruption of Chaos; only strong wills, like Uranus, Neptune, or Mnemosyne, could resist the effect.

Neither Sailor Galaxia nor Eternal Sailor Moon were able to destroy Chaos, although it was weakened and dispersed.

It is believed that Sailors Chi and Phi were the senshi of the suns of a binary system, possibly that of Galaxia's origin. In any case, they were her first recruits and most trusted aides. They always worked together, as a team. Their attack was "Galactica Plants Blizzard"; they also carried sun staffs which could be used as stabbing weapons. Together, they could teleport anywhere in the galaxy.

Sailors Chi and Phi were thoroughly, irredeemably evil, worse than Galaxia herself. They were not merely merciless, they reveled in murder and destruction. They were also treacherous and sneaky, fond of ambushes and surprise attacks. As a general rule, they spent their time patrolling the gardens of Shadow Galaxia, and left the conquest of new systems to the lesser Ani-mates.

Butterflylike Sailor Heavy Metal Papillon betrayed her people and planet to save herself, becoming one of the braceletted Ani-mates. Galaxia stationed her to stand guard over the Galaxy Cauldron and the star seeds imprisoned therein, to prevent them from escaping and reincarnating. Her attacks included butterflies of fire and entangling vines.

Presumably as a result of the loss of her planet and the gruesome task she performed, Papillon seems to have lost touch with reality.

The planetLethe had suffered greatly throughout the Sailor Wars. After The Ani-mates destroyed it, Sailor Lethe felt she had no choice but to join Galaxia voluntarily. Her senshi attack was "Galactica Myosetis Alpestris"; she also used the Waters of the River of Forgetfulness as a weapon.

Grief and despair had rendered Lethe irrational, blaming Sailor Moon for the very existence of the Sailor Wars, lashing out in casual violence and needless murder. However, in her heart she was still the idealistic Sailor Senshi she had been before, and it was possible to recall her from Chaos.

Like Lethe, Mnemosyne joined Galaxia after her world was destroyed, hoping that some good could come of the Sailor Wars. When Sailor Moon appeared to challenge the dark queen, she quickly switched sides. Mnemosyne controlled the Water of the River of Memory, which could nullify Lethe's amnesia. It may have been her memory power which allowed her to resist Galaxia's mind control. Lethe and Mnemosyne sometimes acted as a team; they were murdered by Chi and Phi.
